i've started a collection of favourite song lyrics on my window.
you know, so that when i pull up the blinds and it's not a nice day outside, i will still smile.

What a lovely idea--I might steal this one myself if you don't mind :)

Great idea, Suzy! If I did that, the window would be COMPLETELY covered, haha! Have a super hump day....

That is an excellent idea! I used to keep a notebook in high school with my favorite lyrics so I could flip through them throughout the day, but I love the idea of having them displayed.

Such a great idea. I do a similar idea on my wall. My wall is "the quote wall." So whenever someone says something that is unbelievably funny, or if something happens and something was said, I write it down on a post it. So then, I can look back at all the laughs and inside jokes we had.

Love that idea :) Reminds me of the notes I used to leave Rob when I would leave for the airport after he'd leave for school. We put them all over the refrigerator and I loved reading them later :) Made the house that much more interesting.

mm, a notebook is a great idea too. maybe when my window gets full i'll take old ones down and put them in a notebook to make room for new ones?

haha, good idea. i love funny quotes. at college, there were a couple of girls who compiled a quote book each year. it's a pretty sweet thing to have still..
