{keeping a conversation alive is harder than keeping a plant alive and that's saying something: a paper rant}

{this paper rant is in loving memory of amyschmamey. because i lovingly remembered that she asked me to do it. you should click on the link and say hi, because she is a gem.}
{{here's a link to all the past paper rants from my old blog, in case you weren't around for them}}

I love this. I feel your pain. But I don't know how to make conversation with you about it.

Hahaha in loving memory? It sounds like she died... Until you see the active link ;) Amy does love your paper rants, as do I. We've talked about them a time or two... Haha. I'm HORRIBLE at making conversations!! If I don't know a person... Being polite and talking about the weather or the food is as good as it's going to get.

Three things.

Number one: This is me. Entirely. This is why I like blogging. I can think about things ahead of time, write it down, publish, and then wait for responses. Then also I have time to think about my response to the response.

Number two. I have missed paper rants.

Number three. THE NEW HEADER! Love. :)

sarah: it's ok. we can just sit in comfortable silence about it. that's better for me.

liz: it really does, doesn't it? do you think that she will be offended about being lovingly remembered while she's still "with us" {as it were}? hopefully not. :)

sarah: 1) exactly. it is exactly why i like blogging. i love internet. 2) i've missed paper ranting. it's therapeutic. 3) THANK YOU! i'm happy with it, i think.

I love this, I love you, I love your blog. This made me happy. One because paper rants are awesome. Two because You are awesome. Three because you thought of me! and FOUR because I agree with it all. I do the same thing!!!!! Making conversation is why I fear meeting new people. <3

I just realized after reading previous comments that I did a counting thing with points and so did SarahAnn... I TOTALLY WASN'T copying! ha.

hahaha, don't worry amyschmamey, i wasn't judging. we all reserve the write to comment in point form. also: thanks for the chipper comment; it made me smile in real life, as well as emoticon. :D

YAY! so glad that paper rants are back! They must be one of my favorite things ever. I should put that down in my favorite things list....."Suzy's paper rants."
You are brilliant and I feel that way all the time!
p.s. you scared me when you said "In loving memory" about Ms. Amy! But only fleetingly. :)

I'm always in everyone's way in a room, too. It's obnoxious. I kind of want to pretend like everyone is always in my way! Even though I'm not moving...

Suzy Krause said...

how did we get this way, larissa? like, we're not large people--how is this possible that no matter where we stand, it's in the way?

I feel the same way about baseball, conversations, and being in everyone's way! I am at my worst when I am on public transportation...I am always getting stepped on, or pushed, and always always look awkward while I get situated in my seat.

haha totally--i hate the bus. i walk.
