{parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7}
day six found us in a hurry. and we were happy to see it.
there is just something amazing about jumping into a day as though it were the great expanse beneath a cliff, a wide extent of anything {to borrow the dictionary's definition}, and just falling right up until you land in bed to sleep for the night. that morning, we jumped from the castleview b&b onto a train headed for a place called kyle of lochalsh. the train left at 8:30 am and took four hours to wind through the highlands of scotland. i put on my headphones and stared. it was a completely perfect free-fall.
we live in a beautiful world.
yeah we do, yeah we do.

You already know what I'm going to say. =] hahaha this is so beautiful! I would love to just ride a train through a country and be perfectly content with watching the country side and the pretty things pass by and not have somewhere to be in a hurry or an agenda to adhere to. And if I ever go here I'm chosing where i go based on the name of the town. Kyle of lochalsh? What does that even mean?
Beautiful. What an amazing experience for you both. :)
That first photo MELTED me.
1. great photos
2. you did a flower print thing-a-ma-bob that you posted on instagram (obviously, i'm not an artist...) would you ever consider selling any of your work???
3. if you like, check out the post, "check and carry" (two posts ago, i think)... i posted a link to a website that seems like it might be right up your alley. maybe. maybe not.
happy weekend, soon!
