Yes, best song ever, right! Have had it playing so many times every day for weeks and still not sick of it. The video is so great too. Plus the girl is a NZer! *pride*
And now I have to go post that Batman art on my boyfriend's FB because he's a crazy Batman fan.
mocha mornings: i went to your blog to try find your name so i could call you that instead of mocha mornings. then again, maybe your real name IS mocha. which would be awesome. thank you for the beautiful comments, mocha. :)
krysten: isn't it AMAZING?! did you click on the link? i was flabbergasted over this guy.
business partner/sponsor: oh no sweat. sponsors get this kind of treatment all of the times, you know. ;)
@Suzy, my name is Merritt. I'll take Mocha, though. After all - you are what you eat.
I think my blog name is really cheesy, but I don't know how to change it. And I do like that there is a some significance behind it: my initials are MM, so I tried to tie that in with "Mocha Mornings" :)
woah. that street artist literally made me do a double take!! i thought he was going to fall in. and thanks so much for your sweet comment on my painting :)
claudyayrine: i'm glad i could introduce you! i think i listened to the song fifty billion times yesterday.
merritt: that's a really sweet name. i like it. and i don't think your blog name is cheesy at all! if you really don't like it though, i know how to change it. just drop me an email. :)
shelley: i don't know i didn't know about it sooner! i'm like, if other people knew it existed, why didn't i???
kimia: i know, i love how a lot of his work looks so real you could fall into it. your art is amazing too..i could fall into that in a whole different kind of way. :)
That is a crazy awesome form of art. That song is soooo great! I want to listen to it over and over. You always share the cutest videos. I'm your vlogging champion friends newest friend. I mean, I'm following her. That makes us friends, right? =] haha.
hahahaa, lots to that comment! i agree, and i REALLY agree, and me too and i'm glad you like the video, it was my favourite back in the day because i felt happy that someone finally fell in love with the tall gawky girl, and absolutely that makes you friends. she'll love you for it. :D
Ok, I have to make a little confession. I once e-mailed Julian Beever (artist behind the 3D sidewalk drawings) asking him if it was ok for me to come to Engeland so he could teach me how to draw like that. I was quite serious about it. I just finished my bachelor and had no idea what to do next, and figured pavement drawings would be a cool thing to do. I never heard back from him :p
that's really cool that you put yourself out there like that--but really uncool of him that he didn't even write back to say "thanks for writing". you should probably learn on your own and get better than him and then when he emails you, don't email him back.
